Hours & Holidays
Brea Place will be closed with no services available in observance of these following Holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other national recognized or Union Holidays.
Move-In / Move-Out Policies
Property Management requires at least one day advanced notice in order to make accommodations to the loading dock and freight elevator. Moving hours are to be completed before 8:00am or after 6:00pm Monday through Friday or any time on the weekend. Movers will need to supply protection to the walls and ¼ inch Masonite must be used to protect the floors. The freight elevator and loading lock must be used. If any damage is to be found as a result of the move it will be Tenant’s responsibility to cover the repairs.

  • 2 HR VISITOR stalls are for visitors only and is limited to 2-hours.
  • Do not park in stalls with Reserved signs. Vehicles will automatically be towed without warning.
  • One vehicle allowed per parking stall, so please be courteous to your neighbors and park straight in unmarked spaces and avoid taking up two stalls.
  • Please make sure to obey stop signs and avoid parking at colored curbs.
  • Vehicles found in violation on marked stalls will be towed at owner’s expense.
Riser Management & Telecommunications
When completing telecommunication or cabling work at Brea Place, access to the Main Point Of Entry (MPOE) and roof must be pre-approved. The Management Team has partnered with Summit Riser Systems to help ensure that guidelines are followed, and your telecommunications systems remain secure. When you are ready, please feel free to contact Summit Riser Systems at 1-866-778-6648.
Key & Lock Policy
Key duplicates can be requested via Angus for $10 per key. All lock additions and/or modifications must be tied into the building’s master key system to ensure the fire department, cleaning, and building staff have appropriate access in case of an emergency.
