Q: Where is the Fitness Center located?
A: The Fitness Center is located on the garden level of the 135 building at Brea Corporate Place and can be reached by either the exterior stairway or via elevator from the building’s main lobby. Please go to the garden level and enter through the restrooms.

Q: What are the Fitness Center hours?
A: The hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

Q: What is the cost to participate?
A: The use of the Fitness Center is free of charge for all qualified participants. However, there is a $15 charge for an access card if you are not already granted after hours building access via your employer. Any items that are billable will be seen on your Employer’s (the Tenant) monthly statement.

Q: Who else can join?
A: Fitness Center membership is extended only to tenants of Brea Place. Guests are not permitted to use these facilities.

Q: What equipment and services are available in the Fitness Center?
A: We offer stairmasters, lifecycles, treadmills, and rowing machines for cardiovascular/aerobic fitness, along with free weights for strength training. In addition, our services include a pool, full shower and locker facilities. We offer yoga classes every Wednesday.

Q: Can tenants use the facility on the weekend?
A: Yes, the Fitness Center is available for use on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
