Schedule: Friday after Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve
– Monday – Friday : 3pm – 7pm
– Saturday : 12pm – 4pm
– Sunday : 12pm – 4pm
– Not available on Christmas Day
Route: Drop off location at Brea Mall will be in front of Red Robin.
This shuttle program is strictly for the Brea Place Association Office Owners and Avalon Bay Residents. Please continue to read and sign to confirm you are a current participant of the Master Association.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby unconditionally and forever relieve, release and discharge Brea Place Master Association and Hines Interests Limited Partnership, their direct and indirect partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees (collectively the INDEMITIES) from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, suits, causes of action, judgements, costs and expenses whatsoever, whether known or unknown, that I may now or at any time in the future have, whether from loss or damage to person or property or otherwise, arising from, on account of or in any way connected with my use of the holiday shuttle program provided at the south drive aisle of 145 S State College Blvd, Brea, CA 92821, or any of my activities in or around the Brea Place campus, AND, IN EACH CASE, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING OR RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE INDEMNITIES.
